Maybe you can help me.

I've been trying to go through the itunes help pages as well as other help discussions online to figure out this problem. It has to be something I'm missing. But this is my problem:
When I'm in itunes checking out the podcasts I've downloaded, I click this icon to get more of the description.
This window pops up. And I get it. So far so good.
Now, how do I close this window?
There is no button on it for me to push and when I go to something else, even if it has no description, that damn window stays right in front of everything I'm doing until I quit itunes completely.
There has to be a way to close the window right?
A little help here?

  1. Wish I could help, but mine has the buttons on top of the window. Maybe if you click the top part of the window (looks like there is some visible right below the menu bar) and pull it down, you can find the buttons?

    Hope this helps!

  2. Hey Jorge

For some reason your info window is beneath the Mac menubar so the control buttons are hidden.

Try double-clicking on the gray bar at the bottom of the little window and dragging it into view.

If that doesn't work, you should be able to close the window by pressing CMD (The button with an Apple logo) and W on your keyboard as long as iTunes is the active application.

    Good luck!

  3. You may be able to drag the window using the very thin bar at the top of that dialog just under the menu bar.

  4. hmm. have you attempted to log into iTunes via a different browser? it's hard to tell with things like that if it is iTune screwing up or if your browser is interpreting that popup poorly. either way it's a bug they need to fix. one can only assume they have the money to make their products work properly with various browsers...
will you post if you find a fix for it?
    Be well!

  5. Do you have the latest version of iTunes downloaded? I had a similar problem, and had to uninstall and then reinstall my itunes. No more problems.

  11. I was having this same problem with another window in iTunes. Command+w does close the window, but it doesn't solve the problem. If you drag the window to a more preferable place (by grabbing it from the bottom), quit iTunes and re-open iTunes, then it should re-remember that window in its new spot. That solved my problem anyway.

  12. b_ill is exactly right. you have to grab the window by the bottom bar and drag it down so you can see the top of the info window & then you'll see the button to close the window. (apple-w does work, but you might as well solve the problem instead of working around it.)

  13. Happy late thanksgiving I was in Maui and we took my dog to Feather and Fur while we were there. And when we just went to pick her up she had an eye infection and smelled terrible she was so dirty. We just gave her a bath and the water was black. eew I don't no what they could have done to her in 3 and 1/2 days for her to get that dirty... anyways I was wondering what you do with your dog when you go on vacation.

  17. In 1981, ed hardy and his wife formed Hardy Marks Publications. In 2004, Christian Bale licensed the rights to produce the high-end Ed Hardy UK line, which is based on Hardy's imagery. Prior to the ed hardy clothing line, Bale was the Head Designer at Von Dutch Originals, which marketed the imagery of Kenny Howard. Don ed hardy, commented, As demand for my artwork continues to skyrocket, I felt it was ed hardy clothing time to take on a partner that could help me manage the demand and opportunities for the ed hardy T-shirts name. Iconix is at the forefront of brand management and clearly has the capabilities to dramatically grow the Ed Hardy UK business. I'm thrilled to have them as a partner. Cheap Ed Hardy are located in everywhere. We also believe that by owning the brand alongside ed hardy clothing, the founder, there will be opportunities to further leverage his iconic name along with his new artwork.
