  7. It's still sooooooo long before you're on TV in Norway! I may die.

And - I don't know if you've seen this before, but I thought I'd share just in case: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=232643.0

If you don't already have one, and would like one I would LOVE to knit one for you!

  8. Happy Lost Day! My profile picture is the cake I made to celebrate today with my fellow Losties at work. We are all so excited. I saw the first hour on Saturday and no one will let me talk about it. Hopefully I don't explode before tomorrow. Looking forward to the second hour tonight. AWESOME!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  14. Wait...what? You're going on TV tonight? Is for an interview or something?

    ReplyDelete
  15. Thank God the wait is over! I also feel so sad, knowing it is the last season...

Congratulations on being part of a show that has the best writing, acting, and cinematography I have ever seen on TV. I am so glad ABC let it run its course instead of canceling it like networks do too quickly now.

    Bravo and thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  16. I can't wait Jorge! I know this will be the best season yet~~ Also Happy Groundhog day to you and yours!

    ReplyDelete
  17. I'm SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for being part of something that my husband and I enjoy so much! We love the shows that make you think! LOST IS THE BEST!

    ReplyDelete
  18. Happy L O S T day to everyone! This is the first season I will be hosting an official viewing party at my place, and I can't wait for the beginning of the end! Now where can I find some of that Dharma Beer...

    ReplyDelete
  19. Woohoo! We're having LOST night at our house. We're having sushi (which we decided counts as a thematic food) and no one is allowed to talk to us for three hours. As a surprise, I'm also printing labels for Dharma beer. :D

We're also excited because this is the first year we can record it on a dvr. Now we can rewatch stuff instead of frantically yelling, "Oh my god! What did he say? What did he say?!"

Now we'll be yelling, "Oh my god! Pause it! Go back! Go back!"

    ReplyDelete
  20. Yeah you are and I can not wait. I also saw you were mentioned in this regarding celebrity blogs.

    ReplyDelete
  24. i am so exited about tonight!!!! It is the only thing that is getting me through my crappy day at work.

Which reminds me, as IT specialist at a large boring company, let me say this..."People do not buy viruses on the Internet, you can get them for free!!!! If you are dumb enough to buy a virus please do not ask for my department to reimburse you. Because you will be denied."

Thanks, I needed that mini rant.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I cant wait to see it in Spain. =)

    ReplyDelete
  26. been waiting patiently--I am so excited it is finally here!!! I will be sooo sad to see it end! Happy Lost Day from me too :)

    ReplyDelete
  29. Thank God!!! It seems like we've been waiting FOREVER! Luckily, we were able to watch all the seasons over again over the last 2 months. (Yes, we spent a lot of time on this.)

    ReplyDelete
  30. I'm so happy for today, yet so sad at the same time! Thank you guys for all your hard work this whole time! We love you all.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Gee is that tonight? I plum forgot. It's not like I've been obsessively counting it down...I hope Locke is alive again, for real this time!

    ReplyDelete
  32. I'm so excited to see you and the rest of the crew again in this final season, and so glad to be in the States to see it in "real time." I'd wish you luck, but you already know how it all plays out. :)

    ReplyDelete
  33. Can't wait!

My husband and I made a couple of cakes inspired by the premiere - pics up on my blog.

    ReplyDelete
  34. I think I've done every dorky thing imagined to make sure I didn't pass this day up... including setting my cable box to remind me every hour since noon today, and passing up 100 bucks to drive a remedial neighbor to a city about an hour away.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Oh what an awesome picture. Tonight's premiere is quite exciting. I know this blog has nothing to do with LOST so please make sure you keep blogging long after LOST is over. I came to this site because of Hurley but I've stayed because of Jorge. You rock!

    ReplyDelete
  36. I'm so excited for the final season!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Yay! LOST day at long last! Can't wait to watch! I know it (and you) will be amazing...

    ReplyDelete
  38. Yeah you are! and I can not freakin wait!!!! Hopefully I have intelligent enough of a response to tonights episodes to post in my blog. If I do, I'll comment with a link and maybe one day you'll read it! :)

We could see the show on "Cuatro" one week delayed, but I do not think I could wait for it!!! (Sorry because my English, congratulations and good luck)

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  59. Yeah I heard mention of this once or twice. And by that I mean i've been counting today down since mid-MAY!

    ReplyDelete
  60. Yes, you certainly will be! My husband and I have been looking forward to this for months :-) Thanks for being such a great actor, Jorge!!

    ReplyDelete
  61. I'm so psyched! I cannot wait.. yet somehow I must make it another 4 hours...

    ReplyDelete
  62. And we can't wait to see you for one more lap, and we hope you don't give up TV like other cast mates are talking about!

    ReplyDelete
  63. OMG-I feel like it's the 1st day of school! Crazy dreams, butterflies, and the anxiety about tonight is killing me, Im soooo LOST!!! I cant wait to see you in not real life again Jorge :)

    ReplyDelete
  64. ... and I wait saturated in excited anticipation and joy!
THANK YOU so much Jorge for giving us Hurley. We love him! (and we know he comes from the best of you!) It can't be easy committing to something for such a length of time. Bravo for keeping it fresh and tasty! I hope you always feel the love for you out here on the mainland and I really hope you reap the rewards of your skillful work x100.
If Beth wasn't so awesome and beautiful I'd ask you to run away with ME. HA! You're the... Dude!

    ReplyDelete
  68. I will be watching!

After it airs, can you tell us what you first thought when you read the premiere's script?

    ReplyDelete
  69. Are you having a premiere party? I can totally see you doing that.

    ReplyDelete
  70. Really? You're gonna be on TV tonight? I had no idea! :-P

    Sooooo excited! :D

    ReplyDelete
  71. Yes you are! And I can't wait!!! WE LOVE LOST!!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  74. I'm so glad you have a blog! I love you and LOST! I'll be watching tomorrow, I have a once-a-week class tonight. I would love it if you came to my blog. I used to go school in Laie and I miss the island.

    Thanks,
    Rachel

    ReplyDelete
  75. Really? I had absolutely no idea! I haven't been anticipating this for 9-ish months at all! Totally joking. I bet it's going to be great!

    ReplyDelete
  76. Sooo excited! But also sad. So there are mixed emotions, but mostly just excited.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Not for me neither, have to wait until next week.
    Best wishes from Cuernavaca, Mexico!

    ReplyDelete
  78. I was at the Beach Premiere, but the red carpet was too crowded for me to grab any great pics. Part 1 was too awesome for words, and the whole experience is something I will not forget! I came in from LA and took Ryan and Jen's tour package, BTW.

    ReplyDelete
  79. I've been waiting for this day since last May... :)

    ReplyDelete
  80. I'm SO jazzed for the final season! But if I don't get some answers, I'm hunting down the writers and locking them in my basement. HAH!

    ReplyDelete
  81. I never liked endings, and this is why. Awesome premier show at sunset beach! You look good man. You staying?

    ReplyDelete
  82. I set my TiVo to record every show with Jorge Garcia, Evangeline Lilly, Daniel Dae Kim, Matthew Fox, Josh Holloway, Elizabeth Mitchell, Terry O'Quinn... and my TiVo says LOST is on tonight!!

So I'm recording the show AND watching it in person! I'm ordering a special meal, but Garganos doesn't have a wild boar topping - maybe pineapple! It's a special night - thanks Jorge!

    ReplyDelete
  83. can nunu make a cameo on LOST? that would be amazing.

    ReplyDelete
  84. YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!But for me it's tomorrow, I do Hulu. So that means I can't even look at the internet until tomorrow eve.

    ReplyDelete
  85. You're going to be on tv? Really? On what? /hello sarcasm.

    ReplyDelete
  86. I am so sad that this is the last season. The show is like a good book that you don't want to end.

Anyway, have you seen this? My mom sent me the link.
    http://shop.cafepress.com/losttv?page=2

Also, start looking in the mail for something from Oregon. It has something in there about Cake Wrecks!

    ReplyDelete
  87. Oh, is that starting tonight? I didn't know. ;)

    *glued to TV right now*

    ReplyDelete
  88. I feel happy and san at the same time. Thank you so much for Hurley, one of the best characters on the show.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Enjoying the show!! Happy to see y'all, again!

    ReplyDelete
  94. You're awesome and you say really awesome things!

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  96. Ok...I'm watching it right now..sawyer and juliette are kissing...oh fuck she just died...that sucks bites and blows.
I keep yelling "wtf wtf wtf" at the tv...sigh*..but you rock..the luckiest guy in the world..

    ReplyDelete
  97. Ha... I see you now! HAPPY LOST DAY!

    ReplyDelete
  98. I have a gun and I know how to use it.

    That was great.

    ReplyDelete
  99. Oh yeah, you ARE gonna be on tv tonight. ha ha You are also on Nightline~~lol!!

OMG, tonight was sooooo good. Just sooo good. I have been glued to the tv for three hours.

    Much love, guy~~besos.

    ReplyDelete
  100. OK, I've now seen the most UNBELIEVABLE thing Lost has ever expected me to accept -- a women's bathroom at LAX with no one in it! :)

    Great show tonight!!!

    ReplyDelete
  101. Why yes you are! I'm so excited for this season, but so sad knowing that it will be the last. I'm hoping you have plans for another project soon!

    ReplyDelete
  102. Congratulations on the final season! I celebrated in my own way by baking some gingerbread Losties (including Hugo!)

    http://resopuhleese.blogspot.com/2010/02/get-lost-cookies-ok-so-did-you-all-just.html

    ReplyDelete
  103. LOVED it!!! SO glad you are all back, my week is complete now. :) Curious if you were surprised to learn details so early in the season that we've been waiting so long for.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Great episode tonight! I'm so excited about the new season.

    Thanks Danna

    ReplyDelete
  105. And it was an amazing premiere, Jorge. I think the best of the series...

    ReplyDelete
  106. We kind of figured you'd be on TV tonight ... ;-) Oh, you mean *after* Lost!

Looked like fun (and the two-hour premiere was a blast, as usual!).

    ReplyDelete
  107. oooh i see a little bit of a leader in Hurley now. you should feel really special. getting to be the one Jacob talks to now!

    good job!

    ReplyDelete
  108. Loved it (season premier, that is)! Can we see the pics? Can we, can we??

    ReplyDelete
  109. Dude! Did you just become the leader of the other others?! :-D

    ReplyDelete
  110. Happy LOST-is back week!!

Just want to say you did a great job in the Season premier on Tuesday. You're going to win Emmys someday soon.

    ReplyDelete
  111. Just got back from a major premiere party at a theatre in downtown Dallas. We packed two auditoriums, had door prizes, it was awesome. If you get a break in your schedule, you should try and come and hang out with us for a night.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Just finished watching 3 awesome hours of LOST. Great job, Jorge.

    ReplyDelete
  113. haha, you always make me laugh. even your one liner, "i'm going to be on tv tonight."

    ReplyDelete
  114. That was an amazing episode! Simply awesome.
I loved it when that man asked Hurley wheter he had open the guitar case and he answered "Maybe". =D
I like the way how Hurley can make those funny comments without it taking away the seriousness of the scene and I belive I have you to thank for that. =D I don't think any actor could do that but you're doing an excellent job on it.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Thanks for giving us an excuse to have a completely not-related Lost pinata party. :)

    http://eplacencia.wordpress.com/2010/02/03/the-lost-pinata/

    ReplyDelete
  116. The show was great and so were you! I love your character!

    ReplyDelete
  117. OMG that episode was the best ever ever. you were great Jorge. this will be the best season

    ReplyDelete
  118. Hey Jorge,

This season your character has really blossomed. I was wondering are the scenes filmed on Oceanic 815 filmed during season 1?

    ReplyDelete
  119. Dude - AWESOME SHOW LAST NIGHT!

    ReplyDelete
  120. Seriously awesome stuff last night but please, please....take the red shirt off Hurley already producers!! No red shirts for you Jorge!!

    ReplyDelete
  121. Dude! You were great as always. And typical Lost, I'm left at the end going, WTF? LOL!!

And ya, and empty ladies room at LAX? HA HA HA HA...those writers are hysterical!

    ReplyDelete
  122. great show! I had to stay up to midnight to watch the entire thing because I flatly refuse to record and watch it later. It just doesn't seem as good when it's recorded.

I really want to kick Locke's butt today. WTF!! How long has he been Smokey? Since his first encounter in the jungle? Since Henry strangled him?

I got the feeling that everyone on that plane seemed a little let down once they arrived in LA. Like.. their lives are all pitiful.. why would they want to go back to them?

And Hurley.. I didn't get that part... Luckiest guy in the world? Didn't Hurley go to Australia to see that guy because he thought the numbers were cursed? If the numbers are no longer cursed, why did he go to Australia?

    ReplyDelete
  123. BRAVO! At first I was a little peeved with the clip show AGAIN - but the two hours after made up for it. :) You are by far the best actor and the most realistic character on the show! :)

    ReplyDelete
  124. LOL - I had to watch via Skype from Aruba b/c we don't have TV at the house. My husband pointed the web cam to our TV in NH. Wasn't perfect, but I got to watch.

Really going to miss the rush of watching LOST. And, I must say...

    Hurley gets the BEST lines!

Enjoy the next few months. I'm sure it will be crazy for you!

    ReplyDelete
  125. Genial che! saludos desde argentina, Hugo ;)

    ReplyDelete
  126. Great episode last night, Jorge!!! I'm really looking forward to the final season. And interested to see how Hurley, the luckiest man in the world, lives.

    ReplyDelete
  127. Jessie@Home LOL!! Yeah Jorge, smart ass!! :-)

Man, Lost challenges me so much I may never have to worry about getting dementia in my old age. My brain will have been on overload as it is.

Babe I tell you this all the time but just THANK you for Hugo. It has been so COOL to see everyone grow as characters and to watch the ways that you all have done that with them as well. I know these people so well now~~~man, I going to miss them!!!

    ReplyDelete
  128. http://blog.zap2it.com/korbitv/2010/02/lost-jorge-garcia-on-damon-and-carlton-libby-coming-back.html

    ReplyDelete
  129. The episode last night was kick ass! I can't wait to see more. :)

    ReplyDelete
  130. Just got done watching it a second time. It wasn't enough. Hurley 'gots himself' some serious tasks ahead of him. Look forward to the rest of the season Jorge, good job!!

    ReplyDelete
  131. That pic is my new screen saver!

"I've got a gun, and I know how to use it." LOL :)

    ReplyDelete
  132. I saw the season 6 kickoff and thought it was excellent. And I like the "take charge" version Hurley in the scene where you needed to take Sayid to the temple for his injury. I got flashbacks of the beach walkie talkie scene with Sawyer.

    Good job!

    ReplyDelete
  133. DUDE....... The red shirt doesn't mean you're getting OFFED??? I was worried last night!

    ReplyDelete
  134. By the way, you were awesome on TV last night! Thank goodness it was 2 hours!!!! ;D

    ReplyDelete
  135. I'm so excited it's back & so sad it's the last season! I was super excited to see Dominic's name in the credits at the beginning of the show! :)

You should share some of the pictures people sent you- I'd love to see them!

    ReplyDelete
  136. I just started watching it. I'm at, "oh...this is so gross", "I have a gun, I know how to use it". And it appears you're seeing dead people again. Thanks, for keeping it real, Jorge!!! You're the best:)

    ReplyDelete
  137. I just noticed that the last episode of Season 6 is called "Everybody loves Hugo." Sweet! Btw, my husband and I are still laughing over you guys' rat incident! Beth is cracking me up! :)

    ReplyDelete
  138. Jacob: because i died an hour ago...
Hurley: oh sorry dude, that sucks

that was awesome :D nice episode dude.

    ReplyDelete
  139. Great episode.

I loved your delivery of the line to Sayid (to paraphrase) "I'll be here if you ever want to talk".

    ReplyDelete
  140. I didn't get to go to the beach on Saturday ... Booo... :( Even though I love the show I didn't want to have to chase my 1y/o and 5y/o all day at the beach to "claim" my spot. Wish I could have seen it and all of you!! Anyway, I watched last night, it was awesome but now I am totally "lost" as to what is going on! LOL You all did great, loved the first show!! :)

    ReplyDelete
  141. i'm watching tonight! (Can't wait!) X:-)

    ReplyDelete
  142. You were awesome dude! Loved the premiere. Love that they have Hurley stepping up to the plate. Can't wait to see more.

    ReplyDelete
  143. Lost is so awesome. You--as you and also as Hurley--are so awesome. You'll still blog when the show ends, I hope? But ... what about what we'll watch? (sob)

    ReplyDelete
  144. Jorge,

I'm just now watching the season opener. Could you please ask a higher authority - J.J., or Damon, or Carlton if we can have live streaming on ABC.com. I have to wait an extra day.

    ReplyDelete
  145. We had a little viewing party last night and I made a special cake with a big rice krispy treat foot on top of it. If you visit my blog (Alabamenagerie) you can see a picture.

    ReplyDelete
  146. Okay, so I'm echoing what lots of people have already said, but ...

    RED SHIRT??

I seriously didn't breathe the entire time you were on-screen in that freaking red shirt.

    RED SHIRT???

    *is perpetually nervous*

    ReplyDelete
  147. I'll have to recount, but it looks like you're already up to 3 dudes for the season.

    ReplyDelete
  148. I think Hurley is my favorite character on any show EVER!

I've been wondering since the beginning, how did Locke know to call Hurley Hugo from the very start?

    ReplyDelete
  149. Jorge--LOVED the season opener! How fascinating! We are thrilled to see you and all the other cast back in action. Wow, this is my favorite show EVER. BSG didn't really hold a candle to LOST (my husband made my watch it, and while I got into it, it was so freaking depressing every week, to the end).

I can't wait to see what happens this season. And I'm not going to cry when the show ends--it's really true, knowing there is a final ending (like with a good book) keeps the story alive. But I will really miss your characters. :)

    ReplyDelete
  150. Yeah, that WAS great: "I have a gun and I know how to use it.."
Jorge, I am SOOOO glad to learn you have a blog and so many devoted followers. I am a bit if a Techno-Retro and I had NO IDEA. I thought I was the ONLY one who loved you...(and your little dog too)!
    See you...somewhere...in a parallel TimeLine?

    ReplyDelete
  151. Great debut of Lost! As always your beloved presence in the first chapter is special... Congratulations!

    Kisssessssssssssssss =)

    ReplyDelete
  152. "I have a gun and I know how to shoot it!" lol I loved that. And taking charge there~~I was thinking you go, Hugo.

CRAP!! Guys, if I had even thought about the red shirt and wondering if Hugo would be ok, I would have been scared through the whole thing!

  154. I loved the show! So many questions answered but now so many new ones!!! Can't wait for next week. So glad they didn't kill off Sayid. I kept waiting and hoping he'd spring back to life and he did! Smoke Monster is creepy....
