Dr. Mum, I'm a clencher. I wear a night guard to bed and I also have a day guard which I wear at times when I notice I'm clenching a lot. I think it saves the teeth and jaw a lot of damage.
Dude, getting your teeth cleaned 2 days ~before~ halloween is the ~best~ time to get it done. Weeks after halloween night and everyone's teeth are still coated in a fresh layer of candy, that's just a fact, and it's also a fact that dentist don't like that. So, you win, sir. You win.
curious. I noticed that all previous days are Xed out. what are you counting down?
ReplyDeletemy dentist says I am a grinder.....
