More Wintry Adventures

Saw packed ice from the snow plow.

Real genuine frost on a window.

And real icicles.

(They're stuck on there pretty good.)

And my first frozen pond.

What are all you pointing at? I'll point right back at you!

  1. Brrr! It makes me cold just looking at those pictures!

So those people pointing at you were on thin ice eh? (Sorry I couldn't help it.)

  6. :o) I liked the frost picture in particular. When I was a little kid, I loved to sit in the frost-covered car and just look at all the white windows before Mom scraped them down - it was like being in a cave.

Seen a lot of small towns? My kids love going back to the Midwest, because my family lives out in the country, and they can hold their breath through towns the way you do through tunnels. LOL

  8. Hello Jorge,

I'm Cristian from Chile, but live in Sweden right now (and I'm writing in english, quit international, don't you think?) well, insteed of telling you that stuff about the weather (which sucks here in the north, as you may know) I wanna tell you something very funny.

People in Chile are so proud of you been part of the show, because they believe you're kind of ambassador of chile in hollywood (sound like shit, isn't it?) and they make such a noise of it that every guy who see the show (and didn't know about your latinamerican connection) is assaulted by the people around saying "did you know that guy is chilean? yeah, the dude guy, la cago, cierto?"

Well, just to make you smile a little bit. Congratulations for your work on Lost, and I'm sure this is only the begining of your career, and we'll see a lot more of you in the future.

    Chao.

  9. Wow, I have been wondering where your myspace page went & found this by accident. I love the snow pictures. I am in Houston & have NEVER seen snow like that in my life. I always wanted to & hope to someday. Don't think I want to live in it though.

I am so psyched about the new season FINALLY starting next Thursday! Yippee!!!

Thanks for keeping a cool place for your fans to stay in touch.

  15. Hey you're not missing much on Oahu either! It has been cold (for here) and breezy, high in the 70's, low in the 60's. LMAO Winter in the islands! We are wearing jackets and sweaters at night brrrrr.

  16. I grew up in NY and Boston, so snow like that is what I'm used to. Glad to see you enjoying it. I love watching it from the eyes of someone who isn't used to it, since we spend half our lives complaining about it. (Well, not me -- I love it -- but I don't love falling on my ass when there's ice.)

  17. you just needed to lick a pole or pee on the snow to complete these wintery pics!

  23. This is going to sound weird. When we were little, eating icicles was the thing to do. But of course you don't want to eat icicles off buildings, they'll have disgusting stuff stuck in 'em. So you eat 'em off trees.

Icicles off maple trees taste like weak maple syrup. True story.
